STRESS

      People stress because they think about their problems. Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. Their become stress because worrying about something. Some people worrying about their work, their children and especially their money.

     Everyone cannot avoid from stress. Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset. Stress have their advantages and disadvantages. Advantages from stress is keep you on toes during a presentation at work.When we always think about the presentation, we will practice more before we start our presentation. Other else, stress can sharpens your concentration when you attempting the game winning or drives you to study for an exam when you'd rather be watching television. We must good to control our stress because stress can effect our mind, body and behavior in many ways.

     Stress only harmful when it become overwhelming and interrupts the healthy. Other else, our sleep disturbed because stress thinking of problems. If we don't sleep, our brain will work slowly. Our body also become weak and we can't do our job with comfortable. Some people will eat more if they stress. They will become obesity if their don't control their eat. Many people doing stupid things if they stress such as want jump from top of building and drink poison. That problem will not stop if we dead.

     Stress is necessary for life. We need stress for creativity, learning and your very survival. We can avoid from stress by deep breathing for stress relief. Deep breathing is the cornerstone of many other relaxation practices and can be combined with other relaxing elements such as aromatherapy and music. All you need is a few minutes and a places to stretch out. We also can do a yoga technique for release tension. Yoga involve a series of both moving. Yoga also can improve flexibility, strength, balance and stamina. we also can do a massage therapy. Massage can give our body relax from problems.

     For conclusions, we must stay cool for any problem comes. We also can talk to anyone if we are stress. Other else, we also can go to camping at forest to release tensions. By doing that, our stress can decrease.
